Carondelet Catholic School is pleased to announce the 12th annual CCS Middle School production of
Anything Goes! It's a Broadway classic and
Tony award-winning story about The S. S. American cruise liner and the passengers aboard: Reno Sweeney, a popular nightclub singer and former evangelist, her pal Billy Crocker, a lovelorn Wall Street broker who has come aboard to try to win the favor of his beloved Hope Harcourt (who is engaged to another passenger, Sir Evelyn Oakleigh), and a second-rate con-man named Moon face Martin, aka “Public Enemy #13.” Song, dance, and farcical antics ensue as Reno and Moon face try to help Billy win the love of his life.
Pre-audition workshops begin the first week in February.
Performances are Thursday, May 7th; Friday, May 8th; and Saturday May 9.
All middle schoolers are invited and encouraged to be involved in this unique opportunity. This is a big show and we need a lot of participants. Please look over the information provided below:
