Event Details:Gates open at 12:30 pm. Ticket holders can enter to watch warmups and other fun pregame activities! There is an author book reading in right field from 1:00-1:20p that all kids are invited to go listen to if they'd like!Tickets:Volunteers will be located near the Broadway Box Office [ticket windows] just outside the gate to check you in, hand out your tickets and direct you to our group site. (Tickets must be purchaed online).Game/Lunch:Game start time is scheduled for 2:07 pm. Lunch buffet will be served prior to the game from 12:30 - 2:00 pm. PLEASE NOTE: food service ends promptly at 2:00 so please grab a bite before it's put away!
Menu/Dietary Requests:
The lunch will include brats, hot dogs, burgers, potato chips, soda/water, and side item. You may also request a vegetarian or gluten-free lunch on order form below. Must be submitted by April 18th.Raffle Baskets:
We are excited to have several fun filled baskets for your kids to win in our raffle to support Carondelet! A great way to kick off the summer fun!
Rain Out Policy: Please keep an eye on the latest weather details and plan to pack rain gear just in case.
Games will NOT be postponed before the game's original starting time. At the game's original start time, American Association umpires will determine whether the game will be started, delayed, or postponed. All efforts will be made to play the game. Remember, weather varies from city to
