School Hours: Upper Campus: 9:00 am-4:00 pm (doors open at 8:55 am); buses arrive at 4:25 pm
Lower Campus: 9:10 am-3:50 pm (doors open at 9:05 am); buses arrive at 4:20 pm

Club Saint Extended Day Program: Carondelet offers before and after school care at both campuses. Club Saint provides recreational and creative activities in a safe and comfortable environment. To register, visit the Club Saint webpage.
Back-to-School “Meet the Teacher” Conferences: To welcome students back to school, we will be offering 1-on-1 meetings with your child’s teacher on Thursday, August 24 between 1 pm and 7 pm, and Monday, August 28 between 10 am - 5 pm. Conference times will be 30-minutes each for grades PK-5. Watch your email the week of August 14 with the sign-up link. Middle schoolers can pick up their schedule, drop off school supplies and find their lockers on either date (drop-in style; no sign-up needed).
Parents New to Middle School: All 6th grade and transfer student parents are invited to join us for an orientation to middle school on Tuesday, August 22 from 7-8:30 PM at the Upper Campus while your students attend the “Meet Up”.
School Supplies: View the school supply list here. Students are invited to bring their school supplies with them to Meet the Teacher Conferences or the first day of school.
Lunch Orders: Carondelet partners with Agra Culture for our school lunch meals and Papa John's for Pizza Fridays. The lunch program will begin after Labor Day, on Tuesday, September 5. Students should bring a home-packed lunch the first three days of school. Milk will be provided. Please watch the August News Notes for the September lunch order menu and instructions.
Annual Milk Cards: An annual milk card will be automatically billed to your family's school account at the rate of $40 per student. The annual card is good for one milk per day. If students would like additional milk, they can purchase a double card for $80. Families may opt out of the annual milk card program by emailing Julie Stoeger.
Tuition Payments: Carondelet uses EFT for tuition, technology fees and all other other incidentals including lunch fees, milk, band, field trips, etc. All families must complete enrollment and tuition agreements through the FACTS family portal. Families who pay tuition in full will still need to enter their financial information for incidental billing. Tuition and fees will be withdrawn on the 15th of each month. Student Medications: Parents/guardians asking school staff to give medications to their child must provide written permission every school year that has been signed by parent/guardian and the child’s health care provider. Please use the forms linked here.
Allergy Plan: Students with an Allergy/Epinephrine treatment plan should have the attached form completed by their health care provider and returned to the school office with your child’s Epinephrine/Epi-pen(s), if applicable.
Preschool Health Summary: All incoming and returning preschoolers must have a complete Health Care Summary returned to school by August 28. Please use the attached form linked here.
Carondelet is excited to offer a variety of Clubs & Activities for the 2023-24 school year. We will post links to registration as they become available. Keep your eye on the News Notes for registration.
Band Lessons: Carondelet offers both a beginning and concert band program for students in grades 4-8. The cost is $28/month for 9 months ($252 per student annually). This fee does not include band lesson books, music stand or instrument lease/purchase. For more information or registration please contact Veronica Gunderson.
