2024-2025 Clubs

Carondelet is excited to offer a variety of Clubs & Activities for the 2024-25 school year. We will post updates in our News Notes as new offerings become available.

Sewing Club: Registration is now open for our Lower Campus fall sewing club! Discover and develop the useful skills of hand sewing while making fun projects like a stuffie, pillow or drawstring bag! The club meets Monday mornings from 8-9 AM, September 16-November 4. (No club on 10//14). Registration linked here.

ZOOMS Design Challenge: Carondelet offers a STEM club for students in grades 3-5 and 6-8 to design and build habitat exhibits for animals in the MN Zoo! From designing an enrichment, to building a model of a renovated animal exhibit, the problem will challenge students to use their science and math knowledge, creativity, problem solving, research skills, and love of animals during the engineering design process in order to best solve the problem and present a solution. Teams meet Mondays 8:00-8:55am, September 23, 2024 - January 27th, 2025. Details and registration linked here. 

Karate Club: Lower Campus classes are Tuesday from 8:15-9:05 am; Upper Campus classes are Thursdays from 8:00-8:50 AM. For more information and registration visit Sterlingkarate.com. 

Robotics Team: Carondelet Catholic School offers a robotics team for interested 4th through 8th grade students! Students will learn to design, build, code and drive VEX IQ robots to complete tasks in collaboration with their teammates. This years' game is called Rapid Relay. Chess Club: Carondelet partners with Twin Cities Chess Clubs to offer a morning chess club for both Lower Campus (Thursday mornings) and Upper Campus students. (Tuesday mornings) from 7:55-8:55 AM. Registration is through Twin City Chess and can be found here.

Boy Scout Troop 3089 is looking for boys with a sense of adventure! If you have a son (5th graders and above) who is interested in learning more about scouts, please have them come and join Troop 3089’s upcoming activities. For more information click here.

Girl Scouts: Now is a great time to become part of our community of leaders, explorers, entrepreneurs and engineers. Girls Scouts can join anytime from K-grade 12 and all adult volunteers are welcome! Visit girlscoutsrv.org/Join to join or start a troop!
